Is it possible to downgrade using an older firmware version?
Some devices support firmware downgrades, but it is recommended to perform such operations only under the guidance of technical support.

How can I verify that the device firmware has been successfully upgraded?
After the upgrade is complete, you can view the System Information/Firmware Version in the device menu.
If the version number matches the firmware version you downloaded, the upgrade was successful.
